Items needed for this project:
- Frosting bag- I prefer the largest you can find. In most stores 16" is what you will find. Try Wal-Mart in the Wilton isle, Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Joann, or any local baking supply store.
- Largest round frosting tip- If you go to a baking supply store they will have larger than Hobby Lobby, Wal Mart, Joann, and Michaels which is the Wilton #2A.
- Cupcakes

Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe
16 oz. cream cheese (slightly softened)
2 sticks butter (softened)
1 tsp vanilla
2 lbs powdered sugar
Mix cream cheese and butter together in mixer. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix on low until all ingredients are combined. (You don't want powdered sugar flying everywhere so cover your bowl until the sugar is all mixed in!) Turn mixer to medium for about 3-4 minutes to get nice fluffy cream cheese frosting.
